Easy Photo Effects

Even skilled photographers like to add a few effects to their pictures from time to time. While using an image editor, you can make your pictures look more interesting and perform certain tasks, which can not be done with digital cameras. With Easy Photo Effects, it does not matter if you are an expert or a novice user. It lets you apply various effects and all it takes is to click a button. The software's developers accept requests as well, so if you feel that Easy Photo Effects is lacking a certain feature, you may contact them and the requested feature might be added in the next version.

Easy Photo Effects has many aspects that you will appreciate. It is freeware, it works on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 and it takes up very little disk space. The system requirements are low, so you can run the program on any computer, regardless of the hardware's performance.

Once an image is loaded on the software's interface, you will be able to apply one of many effects with a single click. A large number of buttons are located above the preview area and you just need to click one, according to your desired effect. Each button is labeled according to what effect it applies. If you want to make the picture black and white, click the Black&White button, if you want to change its contrast, click the Contrast button and so on.

Smaller buttons are placed above each of the previously mentioned options. They will bring up options for adjusting the effects. For example, if you want to apply a higher or lower contrast, you may click the Settings button, above the Contrast option. This will bring a small window, which contains a slider for adjusting the contrast level. The Contrast button will apply the effect according to your adjustment.

A Settings button is available for each effect. Some of them will bring up simple options, others will display multiple sliders, radio buttons or check boxes. If you are not satisfied with the looks of your picture, after applying an effect, you may click the Undo button to remove the effect. Clicking the Undo option a second time will reset your image so you can start over.
